Camera Replacement

I did the normal thing and replaced my old camera with a newer, more expensive one - a Canon Digital Rebel XT. It sure is nice though. . .

hello from Ireland!

Ireland is amazing....and to be honest, I thought I might not enjoy it at all.
I wanted to say hello to the lovely friends I made in Montana!

And to share some local vernacular - I am off to have a bit of crack now.

Meaning - I am going to have some fun.

.org's gone mobile, son!

so I sent this to blogger using my new cameraphone.. If you want to do this, send a picture or text message to go@blogger.com. You will get a message back with an url and a key. Go to go.blogger.com, enter the key in the claim token box, enter the letters to prove you're a human, hit conginure,and select ".org" on the next screen (this is assuming you post here already). Then from now on, pictures or text sent to go.blogger.com show up on .org.. Hopefully the post's will be more exciting than this one... I plan on leaving work soon though, I promise.

Canon S60 vs. Rotweiler

The camera put up a good fight. Nitro chewed it for a while and then left it for dead in the corner of the yard. It held on though. Two weeks later, after several rainstorms, it was recovered and brought into the ER. With a new battery it snapped off two final pictures - and then gave up the ghost.
