A driver brandished a gun at another driver Sunday in what investigators are calling an act of road rage. A motorist reported another driver was pointing a gun at him at about 1:30 p.m. while both were driving south on Interstate 215 near State Road 201, said Utah Highway Patrol spokesman Jesse Valenzuela. The gun-wielding driver was pulled over in his Chevrolet Suburban at about 3700 South. He was taken into custody but later was issued a citation and released, Valenzuela said. It isn't clear what initiated the dispute, Valenzuela said. Police are investigating whether an unrelated shooting Friday on Interstate 15 was also a road-rage incident.
