V02 Max
. This is me taking part in an exercise science thesis project about a climbing treadmill. The test was brutal, the wall kept tipping over and rotation faster till I fell off. The mask measures the maximum amount of oxygen that my lungs are able to remove at maximum exertion.
I thought the photo was pretty funny

It would of been funnier if you passed out and fell off during the test. I know I almost did..
PS, what's up with the shoutbox?
I fell off at one point when the hold I grabbed rotated 180deg. and threw me on the floor.

I did fall down after the test and physically couldn't get up for a few mintutes. . .
