I think it's still fermenting in the bottles. Looks like we're going to have sparkling mead... As long as the corks don't blow off.
there was some sticky stuff oozing out of one of mine. I can't believe it is still fermenting. It's been doing it for almost 11 months. Those crazy yeasts.
Yeah, we'll kill 'em if we have to. I have no remorse.

Good news... A taste test last weekend revealed no detectable carbonation, but resulted in a whole bunch of drunkness. Conclusion: we're good at this shit.
